Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. You can book directly with us.

How do I book an appointment?

What areas do you service?

We currently serve within a 25 mile radius of Douglasville, GA.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please have a clean, well-lit space for us to work.
A comfortable chair for you to sit on.
A towel or waterproof mat is helpful but not required.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows us access to your feet. Remove any support stockings and shoes.
Please put away any pets or service animals during the appointment.

How long does a visit take?

Initial: 60–90 minutes | Follow-up: 30–60 minutes

Do you accept insurance?

Currently, we operate on a private pay basis. We accept cash and digital payments.

Is your service safe and hygienic?

Absolutely! We follow strict infection control protocols according to the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) guidelines.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 48-hour notice is required. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a full fee.

Can you help with foot pain or infections?

We can assess and manage foot issues that require non-invasive services. For severe pain, infections, or advanced wounds, we will refer you to a Podiatrist or your PCP.

Welcome to Toe Up Foot Care, LLC! By booking or receiving our mobile foot care services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and transparent experience for all clients.

1. Services Provided

We offer non-invasive foot care, including:

Toenail trimming and filing
Callus and corn reduction
Diabetic foot checks
General foot hygiene and foot care guidance

⚠️ We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Our services do not replace the care of a Podiatrist.

2. Client Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to receive our services.
Services may be declined if your condition is outside our scope of care or poses a health risk.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full payment.
Repeated no-shows may lead to service denial.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted methods include cash and digital payments.

5. Your Responsibilities

Please:

Inform us of any medical conditions, medications, skin infections, or allergies.
Provide a clean and safe treatment space for the clinician.
Keep pets away from the service area.
Follow any aftercare advice given post-service.

6. Health & Safety

We follow Georgia’s Department of Public Health sanitation guidelines.
All tools are sanitized or single-use.
We use gloves, clean towels, and PPE as needed for your protection.

7. Liability

You accept responsibility for your personal health and acknowledge that our services are non-invasive.
Toe Up Foot Care, LLC is not liable for issues resulting from undisclosed conditions or lack of aftercare.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal and health information is confidential.
We do not share your data unless required by law or with your written consent.
We follow HIPAA-compliant practices where applicable.

9. Photography & Testimonials

With your written or verbal consent, we may use before/after photos or testimonials for educational or marketing purposes.
You may opt out at any time.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Legal disputes will be resolved in Georgia courts.
